About the Brand
Printfluence is an online showcase of premium designer greeting cards and paper collections, created in Portugal and shipped worldwide.
We run two business directions:
• Retail (B2C): beautiful cards and stationery for individual customers;
• Wholesale (B2B): partnerships across Europe with flower shops, bookstores, cafés, and gift boutiques.
Our store is built on Shopify and now requires consistent technical maintenance and ongoing development — from proper VAT and currency display to theme optimization, integrations, and SEO.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Audit and fix DNS, SSL, Shopify Markets, currencies, and VAT setup.
• Diagnose and resolve theme-related issues (Liquid, templates, styling).
• Ensure correct VAT display for different countries.
• Configure redirects, custom domains, multi-currency, and payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Revolut).
2. Store Development
• Customize and optimize the Shopify theme (Liquid, JSON templates, Sections).
• Install and configure apps (B2B pricing, forms, email tools, etc.).
• Implement a wholesale customer structure — hidden prices, login access, tiered pricing, discount lists.
• Improve site speed and performance metrics.
3. SEO & Analytics
• Maintain meta tags, alt texts, and structured data (schema markup).
• Integrate and verify Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Meta Pixel, Pinterest Tag.
• Configure conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and traffic reports.
4. Integrations & Automation
• Connect Make.com / Airtable / Klaviyo / Shopify Email.
• Build automations for B2B flows (inquiries, onboarding, notifications).
• Integrate with B2B marketplaces (Faire, Ankorstore, etc.).
🧠 Requirements & Skills
• 1+ year of experience with Shopify (themes, checkout, taxes, markets).
• Solid understanding of Liquid, HTML, CSS, and Shopify theme structure.
• Knowledge of Shopify Markets and multi-currency / multi-region setups.
• Experience with Cloudflare, DNS, and SSL configuration.
• Familiarity with basic SEO and analytics (GA4, Search Console).
• Ability to identify and fix technical issues independently.
• English: confident reading and writing (documentation, interface work).
Nice to have:
• Experience setting up B2B / Wholesale systems (Wholesale Club, Locksmith, Bold Custom Pricing, etc.).
• Experience integrating Airtable or Make.com.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI for e-commerce.
